Crêpes, galettes, pastries and coffee in a small room on Battersea Square. Sit inside, or take a pavement table and watch the world go by.

Suzette

Open seven days: 7.30am weekdays, 8.30am weekends

A tiny place, warmly run

Suzette sits at the centre of Battersea Square, with an open kitchen and a handful of tables. It is cosy inside and there is seating out on the pavement when the sun is out. Dogs are welcome, and so is a long, quiet breakfast on your own.

Breakfast through to late afternoon

We open at 7.30am Monday to Friday and close at 6pm. Saturday and Sunday we start at 8.30am and finish at 5pm. Early coffee, slow brunch or something in the middle of the afternoon: the door is open every day.

“Lovely spot with outdoor seating for crêpes and galettes. I had the Classique, which was generous and delicious. The coffee was great too, and the terrace was perfect on a sunny day.”

“What an utter gem of a café. The three people working there today were just brilliant. So genuinely warm, kind and welcoming to my spaniel and me.”
